[NEWS] Taecyeon will attend "WE GOT MERRIED" world version

As we all known that Taecyeon will attend variety show WGM world version he will paired with Taiwan artist Wu Ying Jie or Oh Young Kyul (stage name : Gui Gui).

WGM word version is feature a Hallyu star with a aboard artist that will be virtually married. So. the differences would seem more romantic and fun, because the can understand each other tough different of each other.

According to Taiwan local source, Ying Jie had agrred with the contract and wait for the shooting schadule. Ying Jie debute as a member of girl group Hey Girl. She became popular in 2007 when Taiwanese drama titlled Brown Sugar Macchiato. Since then, Ying Jie who can speak English, Japanese, China and of course Taiwan often appear in various commercials, drama, and TV show.

Representatives of JYP Ent. said that, "Taecyeon not confirm yet, to join WGM world version. He is still think about the offer. He haven't tell us anything about the offer. So, till now we don't know. Now Taecyeon still think carefullu about it."

Both Taecyeon and Ying Jie does have alot in common. Especially since Taecyeon ever live in United States for some time. So, the language barrier not  a matter to them. 

The Global of this WGM will be aired in 41 countries including Australia, China, and Taiwan. WGM staff has not even willing to serve the gobal version on Korean TV., as reported by Soompi.com





But, at first of this news there is a media said that Taecyeon will be a virtual couple with Nicole T-ARA.

After contemplating the offer, 2PM’s Taecyeon finally decided that he is onboard with

 MBC’s We Got Married.


On February 1, MBC announced that Taecyeon and Taiwanese star Gui Gui (Even Wu) will 

be married on the Global Version of We Got Married.

The Global Version of the show will have the virtual newlywed couple learning about each 

other’s diverse cultures and language. Taceyeon and Gui Gui are the first couple to be 

confirmed for the new edition of the show.

Gui Gui, born in 1989, is a multitalented star in Taiwan, who started off in the 

entertainment industry as a member of the girl group, Hey You. She later left the group 

and became an actress. She’s known as a K-Pop fan of Lee Hyori, Super Junior’s Leeteuk, 

and Big Bang.

On February 1, Gui Gui posted a picture of a plane ticket, announcing her visit to Korea, 

perhaps to start filming for the show.

The new couple′s adventures are scheduled to be air in 41 different countries. The 

broadcast dates in Korea have yet to be announced.
